Ashley is a Registered Nurse that started out working on Cardiac Care Units. She has a passion for baking and has built out many of her own recipes over the years. Since her background is the CCU, it was only fitting to have a bakery that followed her first passion!

Greg and Ashley have been married for 12+ years. Greg is the co-founder of Second Adam Accounting which focuses on accounting for Religious Organizations and is the CFO of The Confectionery Care Unit, LLC. He brings with him more than 13 years of Accounting experience.
